SHIPPING

All orders placed on this Site are subject to product availability. In the event that your order never arrives, notification of lost items must be received within 15 days from receipt of the order confirmation e-mail.

Your order will be shipped via USPS or comparable shipper of our choice unless you specify otherwise in the message space on the shipping page. Additional fees may apply. Additional fees apply for shipping outside the continental USA (Hawaii and Alaska), international shipping and Express shipping. Those additional shipping fees will be manually added to your order total. If your need is urgent, please call us for an Express shipping quote. Allow up to 5 business days for order processing plus one to three business days for continental USA shipping. Please be aware that some shippers do not ship or deliver over the weekend.

RETURN AND REFUND

If the product is damaged in transit when it arrives, please email info@purefylife.com  to arrange for a replacement or return within 5 business days. Return unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs of returns for unused and undamaged goods. There might be up to 20% restocking fee or up to 50% restocking fee if the returned products were damaged. Refund would be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
